The leadership, direction and motivation of this qualified team falls under the guidance of an experienced Care Home manager.
Heather Knowles-Sinclair is a dual trained registered nurse with over 30 years experience, the past twelve of which have been gained in nursing home management. She also has qualifications in teaching, counselling and health education. More recently she gained two diplomas in higher education one in nurse Practice and the other in Management Studies which she obtained in conjunction with NVQ level 4 in management.
Heather believes the most important asset Charlotte Straker has to offer is its excellent, highly motivated staff. She ensures that staff will have the opportunity to develop their range of skills through training and a comprehensive staff development policy
