Care for the elderly in Northumberland.

At the heart of any successful organisation lies a team of great people. The Staff of Charlotte Straker are no exception and they are chosen for empathy towards older people, their qualifications and training in the specialist field of nursing care. The leadership, direction and motivation of this qualified team falls under the guidance of an experienced Care Home manager.

We believe the most important asset Charlotte Straker has to offer is its excellent, highly motivated staff. We ensures that staff will have the opportunity to develop their range of skills through training and a comprehensive staff development policy. All staff have completed the mandatory training required by the CQC & Northumberland County Council.
